I'm just a home user dummy head, but so far I haven't found a solution and I REALLY need one, like YESTERDAY!
I may need to uninstall SP2 if I can't find a solution. I'm going to try and reinstall my printer software and see if it works. I found the characters a couple days ago while I was printing out a rebate form but I have to print out some 2008 income tax forms for my daughters mortgage and can't do it.
