Cadet Scheme
This week we have officially launched our expanded cadet programme to ab-initio pilots without a HK ID card. Applicants should have some link to HKG, however, or be able to convince our
recruitment team that they wish to live and work in Hong Kong. We are not planning on training
pilots for other airlines!
This is an important initiative as, one day when the world starts to expand again, there is likely to
be a shortage of pilot applicants from traditional sources. I have been told that already in the first
week alone the team has been inundated with applications.
