Four have been delivered and they are considering what to do with them. e.g. resale onwards or back to the manufacturer, test pilot hacks etc.
They've delivered green aircraft to Lockmart. They have not delivered (nor were they close to delivering) completed aircraft to the Marine Corps. Though I'm sure that the intention of manufacturer's press releases were meant to cause exactly this sort of confusion.
