The reason can be due to the fact that the nature of the job requires a lot of tenderness and all those feminine qualities, whereby for many males, that may sound and be difficult - Also in many cases male do not go to that profession due to the stereotypes behind it: But i just do not see the reason, if one can do, then why not - stereotypes can just be and one can enjoy what one wanna do.

I think it depends on how big it is. if it is just a small one and positioned in a nice area on your face - that should not be a prob - it in many cases act as a beauty spot
