Heard the other day that engineering was contributing about 150 people to the 500 exec/management spots to go. The contractors that got booted out of my section were confirmed by our fearless leader as being towards the 500 ... and most of those contractors were not even close to being defined as managers. Fearless leader also confirmed that our section was clear of any more management posistions going so not a single real manager was booted
