What we're selling
What do you think it is that we are selling to our customers ?
In-flight service....Due to continual cost-cutting that's nothing to write home about
Safety.........No, Plenty of (as safe) forms of transport
Glamour.....Not for the last 40 years
The only thing we have to sell is...........................
Time.
Other transport modes can meet (or better) us for service / style / luxury, or just about any other metric you care to name, but none can touch us for speed.......Well, in most cases, not yet anyhow !!
Now, FFS, can we all please stop our in-fighting and concentrate on our poor colleagues who are under the gun or have already "left the business" ?
