Gender preferences?
hey guys!
im a regular flyer with Etihad Airways, and what I've realised years ago is starting to bug me again. I have noticed that in a crew there are more females than males, so it made me think what my chances are being a male and landing my job with Etihad?
My parents just got back from their holidays and they flew with Etihad, and they said in a whole crew there's only 1 male, the othere males were the co-pilots.
What do you guys think?
