To keep those interested informed, the metalwork frame of the terminal extension is coming on.
Three small spans, (imagine a warehouse going up) have been completed at the rear/airside of the present terminal building and the large span, which will eventually be the centrepiece/ new entrance, has been started. This has been started from the airside will be built 'forward' to landside just in time for the next temporary entrance to open before the current temporary entrance is closed and removed.
I've heard a rumour, and this is the place for them that the next temporary entrance will open for the weekend.
