Seriously heads down, have you got some pathological impulse to tell everyone who works for Qantas that they are all mean, vindictive idiots. Have you taken a look in your own mirror. You are a seriously angry angry person. Your whole life is dictated by your attitude to it. I'm guessing yours is pretty sad overall.
Personally, lately, even though I'm a Qantas staff member, albeit an engineer, I have flown quite a bit lately with Qantas. Every flight left on time, the cabin crew were all attentive, polite and effective in their jobs, the aircraft were all in an excellent state of cleanliness. If I was a full fare paying passenger there would be nothing to complain about at all.
I'm glad I don't have to work with people like heads down.
