By company policy, pets are not allowed in company accomodations.There are parks and beaches where you could bring your dogs,just be carefull becouse a lot of people don't love them and they are very scared of dogs.Some town houses have garden.
The best bet is to look for a villa or townhouse by yourself.
For reference: at Raha gardens they allow only 1 dog and 1 cat per family!!
