Interestingly enough, of the four TAL C336's, -CMY was the best flyer. The C336 flew nose-up while the C337 flew nose-down. In the C336 it depended on the rigging and -CMY flew "level". However, the loss in payload [you can all stop laughing right here!!
] with the weight of the swing-door conversion meant that -CMY wasn't a good producer of revenue.
OTOH, having had "possession" of -GKY during the Chimbu upgrade, I'm gobsmacked at Tinnie's shot of her in that
avant garde livery!!
I can't believe that it would be viable to do a job like that on such an old airframe.
