Now de registered, CMY was abandoned at Coolangatta Airport over 10 years ago. This is how I saw it in about 1997. A very unusual modification allowed the rear engine to swing on hinges to allow the transportation of 44 gallon drums. I hear that the catch released itself in flight at one stage, with no adverse damage.

As far as I can recall this was "Waddles" mount in Chimbu back then?
