so what should a pilot in ryanair do? it looks like the vast majority posting on this particular thread are not part of the company, so what would you do?
for a pilot who is a member of balpa, what more should one do? promises are made by repa and balpa, then every now and then someone comes along and says 'let's all vote'... then nothing. are we actually going to vote? i hope we do. i shall of course be voting in favour of union recognition. i may be selfish, egocentric and cynical, but i know what's good for me.
ryanair knows if it came to vote it would be a whitewash, that's why they're threatening us.
