it's not going to happen because not enough people care. i'll admit i'm one of them. i live an easy life, 5/4, take home a very healthy amount and don't get troubled by management because i don't trouble them. i even get a whole month off each year now - and because i'm ryr contract i get paid through that month.
talking to my mates at other companies, i feel i live an extremely comfortable life. that feeling is even stronger when i speak to those who were at excel, now working at asda who have lost their houses.
have i missed something? do all my colleagues really hate the company?
