The Aerodynamics for Airline Pilots has been sold out from the publisher (Munksgaard, Copenhagen) for some years now. There are a few thousand books in circulation, so you may be able to find a second hand one.
If unable to get a copy, I can recommend an excellent book on the same subject, namely "Getting to grips with aircraft performance" written by the flight test guys at Airbus in Toulouse. It is a little more oriented towards certification/design, but it is the most comprehensive and updated work available today

Unfortunately, it is not for common sale - you buy 1 Airbus and may get a copy free (2 copies if you buy an A380) - BUT ......my mates say that it can be downloaded from somewhere on the net!
