Taking the cue from Dysag, in no particular order my favourite European models of childhood days were:
- Loren (Sophia) in "Boy on a Dolphin"
- Lollobrigida (Gina) in "Bread, Love and Dreams"
- Mangano (Sylvana) in "Bitter Rice"
- Ekberg (Anita) in "La Dolce Vita"
The Italian models were altogether of the finest quality, each with very efficient "area ruled" coke-bottle fuselages and elegantly proportioned undercarriages, although the single Swedish model with a double-decked superstructure had a remarkably fine empennage.
