I think ACNZ are pushing their luck wanting a 3 years contract with no 'real' cherry on top. I alot of people have given up on ACNZ and are packing bags and having their passports renewed. Unless ACNZ really improve the feeling and the money within the company, i think you'll see more people on the move.
