Any FO's sitting on the fence or any skipper out their should point the FO's in the right direction. I'm an FO and as far I understand, if on a RYR contract I will be taking a 10% pay cut plus various other agreements for my CU training then to move base I will be slapped with another 10% pay cut for the pleasure of moving? so in total thats a 20% pay cut on top of the losses we've already suffered in the new agreement...
Any FO's out their would be mad not to sign up for recognition, we have nothing to loose and much to gain.
