piqla: as far as I remember the thing about the FEAST test was, that you're not allowed to take it for a second time if you've failed it at another organization, so you had two chances already, good for you.
Anyway if you say your English is not that good - which might be one of the reasons you didn't pass phase 2 - maybe you should just go brush up on it a little bit (ie.
INTERNATIONAL HOUSE Nyelviskola) and give it another try at some other place - like Austrocontrol, DFS (Germany)... There're plenty of places all around Europe now and they're all looking for controllers... I know a few people from HC who actually went for a conversion to Karlsruhe and there are some guys who applied as ab-initios as well, so there you go - but first of all make sure that your English is good enough, because you can be as good as hell in all the tests, the language you speak every day, the language you'll learn all the things about the job is English...
