In regards to the FAA being in Nigeria, I wouldn't be suprised I was with some Arik managers a few weeks ago at an FAA conference and it seems Arik want US routes! There were also a number of Nigerian CAA management around; interesting few days!
Just hope it's all up to ICAO and FAA standards!
