I'm sorry, but as SLF/PPL with 1100 hours, you have to realise that you are all replaceable. Not immediately but within a measurable time span. Ryanair is not perfect, but it is a good business model. If you want to be a bus/train/tube driver, be one. But don't look down on them. The ivory tower is starting to lean a bit.
