Ryanair can threaten you all they want... they need to upgrade FOs to Captains to keep the new planes flying.. they need trainers etc... they need the 5/4vroster with the way the have set up schedules with respect to duty limitations... you guys have to stand up for yourselves on this one... its your career draw the line somewhere.
