Ok now back to the question.
No Cadet Programme anywhere in Canada.
You get your own lics. with your own money.
You will need a Canadian Lic. and the right to work in Canada.
They will not sponser you, you will have to achieve that yourself.
You will then have to fly somewhere else first to get the
experience needed to get their attention.
About 2000 hours at least, but that will rise with market conditions.
And lastly, they are looking at possible layoffs right now so no hiring
in the near future.
