Like someone said here, goyal is an "insecure blackmarketeer". He has reached the point that he does'nt care much about the employees anyways, and treats them more like a "slave commodity" which can be mended for his profitable and whorish ventures.
Last year he had sacked about 1500 cabin crew, but re-instated them under political pressure. He then came all over the news with fake tears and swearing on his poor old dead mother, stating his 'concious" did not allow them to be sacked......Well guess what he has slyly sacked a number of cabin crew since then and is planning to do it the rest 1500. He also made the crew sign a "code of conduct" stating that they will not make any noise if they are shown the slip...
What he is doing to the pilots is also nothing but pathetic. A number of pilots are planning to leave, and leave they should.
