ERP will be back! (see point 2 above). The downside is that the usual moaning will start from those poor people who aren't entitled to it.
I do hope you jest. The dodgy, lying, thieving, penny-pinching practices of the pay dept and our own management aside, the presence of an ERP payment in your salary is not a good thing unless you like to spend all your income locally in Spinneys and Longs. For those repatriating their cash, the ERP payment is indicative of an unfavourable exchange rate we could do without. Only half the salary is recompensed and at a magic formula no one but them seems able to to decipher.
