Re the entitlements......forgone conclusion there I am afraid, certainly would have made the next month or so a little easier.
Pity that there was not someway that the yearly leave entitlements could be held in trust rather than be unfunded as it were.
Considering that 0J staffing got to the stage where leave could not granted as the staffing levels were too low. Cant take leave, leave accrues, company goes bust, you lose your leave entitlements. Vicious indeed.
Though not the first time (or company) and sadly, in all likleyhood wont be the last.
