Sorry, I'm with angucci 110%. Have worked for many airlines over the years and have to say I have never seen such incompetance when it came to management decission making with this set up. Even a blonde serving tea and coffee could see they couldn't organise a p up in a brewery. Very very sad day, congratulations Mel management you finally put the nail in the coffin
