Failing OPQ

@hatemyjob

Yes, it is possible to to not get passed the personality questionnaire.

The apptitude tests and the personality questionnaire are all stage 1.

After I did the intial test I got an email....
"Following your recent visit to our test centre I would now like to invite you to complete an Occupational Personality Questionnaire."
..then once I'd complete the OPQ I got the dreaded FAIL message...
"After careful consideration of the results of both the aptitude tests and personality questionnaire, I regret to inform you that you did not reach the required standard."

...but alas I now know what to expect, have a year to study and have pre-ordered the latest edition of Abc Air Traffic Control and am building my network or contacts at various locations throughout the UK and Ireland so I can make lots of sight visits. Here's hoping I am more successful next year.

I hate that I have to wait a whole 12 months before I can reapply. 4 down 8 to go.
