Hang in there mate. Flying always takes time. Nothing goes right, great weather plane goes US, or instructor ill or worse still off on charter. Crap weather never a plane problem.
My night rating took months, my CPL dragged on for ever.
Still frustrating at times when working as a CPL, plane problems, weather, out of hours etc
