Flight Training in Ukraine (CIS)!

Hello

There is a flight school in Ukraine (Eastern Europe) and its called "State Flight Academy of Ukraine" Does any one here know how much it cost to do a PPL+CPL with about 200 hrs?

Doing some search in Google i came accross

both of them belongs to agents looking to make some easy money by robbing students and most of the info on website is not true!

But i am not able to find any unseful info there.. i know russian but still i had difficulty with this site.

Does any one here has any idea how much it cost there?

Is there any affordable flight school in Russia or other post soviet countries u are aware of? Please point me in the correct direction...

I found Harv's Air of Canada as a very good flight school with a lot of positive reviews... Since i know Russian, i was thinking if i can find any cheaper flight school in the CIS
