Like the battle many years ago between VHS and Betamax video? Funny thing was that Betamax was the better system and the VHS producers had to beat them down with money. I'm not saying JR
will be better but let's face it there are areas that NJE could improve upon and as someone's already said here the knee-jerk responses from them to anything to do with JR suggests that they are indeed worried.
Rather interestingly I spoke to someone today (with no interest in either JR or NJE) who said that INAC had indicated that they welcome competition for NJE. Nothing to do with any additional income and responsibility for INAC I'm sure
but an interesting comment from the local regulatory authority nonetheless.
