Keep dreaming..,3% annual increase after 4+...Well thats the paper indeed... just ask couple of captains who have here more than 6..7+ years (as a captain), their basic is 29830...wich is the 4+ basic salary,THAT'S IT my friend; with NO annual increase anymore after that.
Doesn't make sense at all to me,but i'm afraid that's how it is in Q.R today.
