-Lets not even talk about 320 special allowance...long time it's gone now.
-Days off "down the route allowance" cancelled WITHOUT ANY notice to crew so far...!!!(salary decrease).Most of us have learnt the news through PPRUNE...
-To be honest Schneider, right they never paid 105QR/hour for senior F/O, but they used to paiy us(don't known if still there), a special allowance:1000QR/month instead !
- where i have serious doubt is for salary increase after 4 years in respective grade.There isn't !!
BuT IMHO, according the table they released during the latest increase,more than 2 years now.. we should.

So what should we understand.....???
