I can recommend OFT. I had some fun there last year. Admittedly the price may be a little higher than some schools (in the USA – prices much lower than England of course), however, the airport at Kissimee is excellent and many of the aircraft are extremely new and equipped with GPS etc. Flying in and around Class B airspace is excellent experience.
