Having just returned from my local chemist with my list of no no's I'm now on tea and soup with the option of nasal spray and all the other things we know. It did save me a few bucks at the till but I'll be off work for a day or two.
I did ask my chemist and he mentioned Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) has a half life of 2 days or so. Wait 3 days after the last dose. Phenylephrine (Sudafed PE) has limited info and no clear answer could be given (at my chemist).
