Tony: Yes, I have a few concerns about your plan that we discussed a few weeks ago. You know, this COS08 thing for the pilots.
Nick: Yes.
Tony: I have been putting my own feelers out and I believe that most if not all of the COS99 SO's and FO's and also the younger A-scale Captains have no intention of signing COS08. How does that fit in with this great plan of yours?
Nick: Well Tony, it would appear they are not as dumb as we thought. Perhaps it's time to look at plan B.
Tony: OK then, fill me in on plan B.
Nick: (Silence)
Tony: You mean as it stands today, we could end up paying BPP to hundreds of pilots for many years and we have no plan B.
Nick: Apart from my move in October...........
