Hi Finzolas,

Interesting problem, made worse by the size of your fleet.
Here we have a five aircraft fleet, and all of them use EFB from Jeppesen. I have to check at the hangar tomorrow which type, though.

But, besides the EFB, we also use Jeppview with a worldwide subscription. The SOP is to print all charts needed for a given flight (DEP, DEST and planned ALTN) and off course take the EFB along, for the "expect the unexpected" scenario. This could the solution for you, but then again, we would be talking about 12 aircraft and many different flight routes.

On a previous job, mainline central European airline, we had our own charts made in house but only for the airports on the network and the approved alternates laid down by Flight Ops management. This was pre-EFB and what would happen in case of a diversion to an un-charted airfield is beyond me
