Well we know traffic warden patrols do not feature highly in the airport's thinking. If the drop-off zone must be where it is now located, then surely the reversal of the fig 8 for entry/exit(as now rumoured) to improve traffic flow, with a 10/15 mins(MAX), free waiting time in the zone. ANPR slaps a fine on you if you overstay, or return within 30 mins.
