That's a surprise! I've dealt with them several times and they've always been speedy. One problem item I did have was replaced with a very nice freebie added.
Mind you, I thought Paypal were alright for ten years, until a few weeks ago I encountered a dodgy seller and they couldn't have been more unhelpful, obstructive, and downright stupid.
