The first post didn't address country and just made mention of the 777, not the Airbus family.
I guess I should have figured it was about the JAR, even though not the whole world, such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, doesn't use it. I will say, it would be nice if the aviation world would come truly to common ground as far as regulation and licensing.
