Well I for one think the cover of the latest CX World set a new low for journalism.
For those who can't remember or won't read it it said:
THE PAIN IS SHARED
Which I thought was pretty arrogant and nasty. As if it is an achievement to be celebrated. We want you all to suffer. We don't just want the company's bottom line to feel the pain - we sadistically want to spread it round to all. Like in boarding school when everybody got spanked when one was naughty.
The fact that everybody in the company is making a sacrifice is hardly something to celebrate like an achievement.
How about a headline that says: THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING OUT ?????
