The guys with easyJet Switzerland and Aer Lingus have regular, full time, permanent, salaried, sector pay, pension, allowances etc. positions.
They are employed by the airline on regular direct entry pilot terms and conditions.
The ones going back (and, in one case, going for the first time) to easyJet are flexicrew.
