Living and working in Karlsruhe

I was looking for some infos regarding life and work in Karlsruhe.
How is the UAC? Is it a nice place to work? I mean: OPS room, equipments, relax area, enviorment etc... are good? Is it a nice place to work in?
What about the city? Are life style and life quality good?
