sadly the Sea Harrier has been excluded due to its single engine! Same for the Navy Hawks ...but apparently the Red Arrows and BBMF are not affected by this restriction
Is it maybe because the sparrows always have enough energy to clear the London area when the engine stops; a Harrier might be just hanging around over Whitehall with nowhere to go but down? Just guessing.
