VB pay -and just as importantly - conditions haven't always been so good. In 2000 they were quite similar to what PB has now. The difference is that over 9 years the pilots and their reps have worked hard to improve them.
PB pilots don't seem to realise their worth, and they won't get pay rises by charity but by hard negotiation. Firstly they have to stop drinking the management's Kool Aid.
