What aeroplane pushes back ready for take-off? It takes a 747 10-15 minutes minimum to get checks and cabin briefing completed?

Letīs ban ALL pushbacks until ALL pre-take-off checks and briefings have been completed ON STAND! Then nobody would wait for anybody!
