No restriction of the type you mentioned at Farnborough now. Following the last review by HM Govt, the restrictions around the weekend were lifted, but movements overall were not increased, so it is up to TAG how they divvy out the slots, but as the overall movement rate there has dropped significantly this year, there should be plenty of weekend slots available.
Previous to this, based operators got first call on the weekend slots.
