You've missed the point - and that is for those who were satisfied, there are also those who were not. It is those who weren't satisfied that are welcoming of the change that is happening - hence the comment.
No, Pine Tree, I do not live on the island but know lots of people who do and get both sides of the story. To suggest there was total satisfaction with OzJet is simply not factual.
At the end of the day it is the charterer's option as to who they engage. That the charterer didn't stick with the incumbent of the last number of years possibly says something.
