Where is this excellant facility only 9 miles away? If by chance Birmingham is this facility thats a serious underestimation of terminal to terminal distance. At this rate the diminishing distance being quoted by some posters should have Birmingham Airport passing Coventry Airport going south sometime in the next couple of years.
On a more serious note there is only one chance of an airline setting up a passenger operation at Coventry in the immediate future and that is no chance.
