EK: Flying on your OFF days for NIL???
Just been called to fly on an off day. Didnīt want to do it so I asked about call out pay. Guess what? You guessed right: "Sorry, no call out pay when you agree to fly on your off days since itīs voluntarily!"
Did I get the message right? They took away our off days, screw us up like hell and then they expect us to fly on our last remaining off days for nothing???
If it wasnīt that sad it would be funny. I think now they completely lost it
